I made this fictitious airfield because of the pleasure I gain flying and admiring Lynn and Bill Lyons Golden Eagles Squadron creations.
There is also such a great bunch which gets around the Squadron, I have for a while had the urge to make a scenery 'Golden Eagles Flying Club'.
I wish to thank Bill and Lynn for the permission to use the name and logo of the Golden Eagles Squadron.

KNOWN ISSUES: I made this scenery so it is best used in the summer. EXEMPLE: the canoe will not show in other seasons.
The scenery was made without the use of any additional mesh. If you are using a mesh you may find some elevation problems with certain items.

SOUNDS:
For the sounds installation and other Lago items, please follow the instructions in the 'Lago Files' folder. NOTE: for FS2004 only
Place the CONTENTS ONLY of the addon_scenery folder into: (DO NOT USE IN FS2002)
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery/Scenery
Place the CONTENTS ONLY of the Effects folder into:
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Effects
Copy the file "Eagles Field" with its contents to where you usually install your sceneries and activate it in the scenery library.
ABOUT THE ALTERNATE SCENERY FOLDER
Should you notice too much of a drop in frame rate, replace the contents of the above scenery folder within the "Eagles Field" folder with the contents of the "alternate scenery" folder. This will remove secondary objects to help in frame rate. May I suggest you try it as is first. Then, make a back up of the original in case you wish to return to it before replacing it.
This is all there is to it.
